District 114 comprises an area that runs from North to South mainly between 97th Avenue and the Turnpike, from Fountainebleau, Sweetwater, University Park, Westwood Lakes, Westchester, Kendall, and Richmond West and South Miami Heights south of SW 136th Street to SW 199th Street and west of the Turnpike to 137th Avenue.
